Kopi & Co began in 2019 when our founder started roasting beans in his Kampong Glam flat. What started as a weekend hobby became a quiet obsession — waking at 4AM to dial in the perfect profile for a new Ethiopian Yirgacheffe. Today we roast every batch in-house, source directly from farms in Ethiopia, Colombia, and Sumatra, and serve every cup with the same care we put into the first one.
No shortcuts, no dark roasts to hide bad beans, no compromise. We're not trying to be the biggest roastery in Singapore. We're trying to be the one you come back to.
